WINTER ULTIMATE TRAINING IN SOUTH WALES.SWAT - South Wales Air & Tactics -
invites everyone in the South Wales area for Winter Holiday training sessions
to stave off those Christmas bellies and keep up your game for the new
year.Training will be on Thursdays and Sundays as in the summer. With the first
training session being on the 14th December.Thursday will be 3-dark (so HIGH
VIS DISKS)Sundays 1-3/4pmTraining will be always on the Roath Rec grounds which
