Please note the following:
- Deadline for payment will be 16th March 2009. Teams who haven't paid after
this date will lose their place
- Any team who pulls out of the tournament after 4th April will lose their
tournament fees
- Please be sure you will have enough players... it is
not fair to have a pickup team when other full teams have been denied a
place... if you turn up with less than 5 players we cannot guarantee
you will be allowed to play
