Hello Britdisc Jesters will once again be hosting the Jestival tournament in Leicester this year. The tournament will take place on the 13th/14th June. Unfortunately we have had to slightly cut down the number of teams for entry this year to 20 so we wont be able to have second teams enter this year, we are sorry for that but with the number of teams we normally get applying its not gonna be possible this time round. Everyone is of course welcome to bring as many people as they like per team though. This year we are aiming for Jestival to be even better than ever (its been awesome so far) and as such, we are going to offer the first 10 seeds a re-invite to the tournament with the remaining 10 places offered on a first come first served basis. For the last 3 years, certain teams have occupied the higher positions and we think that partying hard and also playing some awesome frisbee should be somewhat rewarded so that's the deal this year!!! I will attempt to contact those teams from last year this week to get a heads up on who can and cant come so registration wont open until 20/04/2009. I will put another email up on the day to say that its open and also detail the number of spaces available (in case any of those teams cant make it). The entry fee is £115 per team (details of who to send to etc will go on next email) for which you get two days of awesome frisbee, fantastic party action and a generally damn fine tournament. We hope that as many people want to come as last year and that we can see faces both old and new.
