Hello, Galahbecue has been cancelled this weekend. We let all know attendees know a while back but turns out lots of people were still planning on attending and hadn't told us. Hence the spam to everyone. Apologies.
We cancelled it because we hadn't reached the threshold of actually making money for our chosen charities. In fact we were looking at a loss! We'll be looking to rearrange it for Sept/Oct and next time if everyone who wanted to come could let us know, we should have a much clearer idea of money raised and be able to forge ahead with the idea.
