Hi BD, I emailed a while ago about Ultimate on a BBC project I worked on over the summer - Raise Your Game. There are now four articles on the website ( http://www.bbc.co.uk/wales/raiseyourgame/) which can be found by clicking on 'Ultimate Frisbee' in the sports tab of the A-Z search.
