Dear All,

Thundering Herd is starting to think about the 2010 mixed season. This year
we would like to invite potential players to attend our open training
sessions on Saturdays and/or play mixed Winter League with us. We will be
using the period from 21st November until Sunday 17th January to select our
squad for the coming season. Our two tour teams will be announced in the
week starting 18th January.

We are continuing to run open training sessions until then. These are still
open to all intermediate to experienced players looking for quality mixed
games, whether interested in playing with us in 2010 or not. Our Saturday
sessions will continue to run on a weekly basis with the following
exceptions:

Saturday 5th December (because of Winter League the following day)

Saturday 26th December (Christmas break)

Saturday 2th January (Christmas break)

Saturday sessions will start at 1pm (except on the 19th Dec which starts at
12pm) and comprise a couple of warm-up drills and a competitive game. They
will be on Clapham Common by the band stand and duck pond (Clapham South
tube station).

If you are interested in playing for us during the coming season, please try
to make as many sessions as you can. The more sessions you attend, the more
opportunity you will have to show off your skills! Please also send an
expression of your interest via email to the Thundering Herd captains,
stating your name, phone number and which sessions you plan to attend.

Please also sign up to our self-moderated pick up group. This is where
you'll get info regarding session changes or cancelations. Anyone can sign
up to it but only the managers can write to it:

We look forward to welcoming you to the club.
