Hi BritDisc,

I am pleased to announce that South East University Mixed Indoor Regionals is
now open for entries...

The tournament will take place at the Madejski Stadium Dome in Reading on the
23rd January 2010. The pitches are the same as trained on by Reading Football
Club, and are kept in world class condition. The pitches utilise 3G artificial
turf, and are completely sheltered from the elements. Also, this will be only a
one-day tournament. This is because the date for Regionals falls during exam
season for many Universities, thus freeing up time to revise/procrastinate on
the Sunday.

The day will be starting late morning, running into the (fairly) late evening.

There will be 16 spaces available, on a first-come-first-served basis.

The cost will £85 per team.

Due to the closeness of the event, we are going to be working to a very tight
schedule. As such I am asking teams to get in contact as soon as possible and
sort payment out similarly swiftly. I appreciate not all Universities will be
back until next week so the chances of getting a Union-signed-off cheque in the
post this week are slim.

To register please e-mail dh00036[at]surrey[dot]ac[dot]uk
In your email please include:
-Team/University Name
-Number of teams entered
-Contact Name
-Contact Number
-Contact E-Mail (if different from one e-mailing me on)
Your place is only confirmed once payment’s received. Once you’ve registered,
you’ll get an e-mail back with payment details.

If you have any other questions, feel free to send them to the same address.

Thanks,

Big Dave
