Thanks Nick

I hope other people will see this and feel the same way.

I believe the Tour has been an important element of the growth of Ultimate
in the UK in the last 10 years. But I also believe even more strongly that
we have to be prepared to make changes to it. If our teams and players are
going to keep improving then we/they all need more chances to play and watch
other teams. The best way to make that happen right now is to invite teams
from Europe to come and play.

In the Open division, one or two of the nearest European teams coming to
Tour 1 are considering coming to Tour 2 (and maybe Tour 3) aswell. Most
will only come for one event - but its set to be the toughest Tour event
we've ever had - and I reckon at least 10 of the teams will be disappointed
if they don't make semis.

Our intention is to make this happen every year - that is, a London-based
Tour event in late May or June where we work hard to bring in extra and
different teams from outside the UK. I hope we can also start to attract
teams that want to play in the B- and C-Tour too. In the Women's division
we've only got one team this year. Several of the other top teams were
keen, but just couldn't quite get enough players. I'm talking to them about
next year now.

Cheers

Si
