Apologies for the late organising of this one.
Scottish Regionals will be held the University of St Andrews sports
centre on the Saturday 31st July. These pitches have previously hosted
World Clubs, and also host a bunch of premier league football teams for
preseason every year (though admittedly, it's MK Dons who are here at
the moment . . . ). You can expect good grass and good facilities.
The format will obviously depend on the number of teams, but games won't
start before 10am, and it's just a 1-day tournament.
We're looking for as many teams as possible to come along, so forward
this message on to any schools, or ex-players, or anyone else who might
be interested in an enjoyable day of Ultimate. We'll play a bit of disc
golf afterwards too, if that is tempting for any ex-players who are
considering coming out of retirement . . .
The price is a mere £60, with any proceeds to the UKU.
