PLAYER PASS
You will not get on site without a player pass. Please download and print from http://www.malago.co.uk/tour/index.html

WATER
We use a system of water stations, rather than delivering bottles to individual pitches. This allows us to distribute more water around the site more often, and also keeps the tractor off the sidelines! There are water stations dotted around the site, the staff will collect empty bottles from the water stations, fill them up, and replace them. Each team is welcome to take a full water bottle from the water station to their pitch, but please make sure you return an empty one, or the whole system will quickly collapse! Please make sure you drop off an empty container when collecting a full one. As an experiment, this year we have hired a water bowser (a large drinking-water tank on wheels). Any feedback appriciated.

SPIRIT
As per last year, we will be running two separate SOTG systems: The highly comprehensive BULA system, used throughout the Tour, and our very own individual player spirit medals. The reason for this is that we want to give out prizes, but the BULA system takes too long to calculate in time for the end of the tournament.

Spirit Medals
Spirit medals will be given out to INDIVIDUALS over the weekend. Basically, if someone on another team shows high spirit, you can nominate them and we will make sure they get a prize and the public recognition they deserve! Keep an eye on the spirit board to see if you have been nominated!

Bula Spirit Votes
We publish every team's spirit results in full.
If you did well you deserve to know about it, on the other hand if you did badly... you deserve to know about it!

FOOD
There will be food available in the club house.
There will be food available at these times:

CAMPING
You can camp for free on site, but please be good, quiet and tidy!
This is a residential area, if complaints are made by the locals we won't be able to camp there in the future. You can arrive anytime after lunch on Friday. The ground is pretty hard - bring a mallet!

CAPTAIN'S MEETING
There won't be a captains meeting as such, but please send somebody to collect your team pack which will include a disc, a schedule, a score sheet etc. If you are playing in the first round of games come and pick up your pitch cones and score board.

Score Sheet + Bula Spirit Sheet
These will be included in your team pack and MUST be returned after your last game.
The score sheet is a record of your game results and final position.
Please return them as soon as possible once you have finished playing on Sunday.

MISC

        • No Dogs on site

There'll be a blend of Funky disco, cheesy pop, air guitar classics and of course some handbag house.
