Britdisc,

Fling (University of Nottingham Ultimate) are pleased to announce a brand-new
one-day Women’s tournament, the Nottingham Women’s Break In- NBWin on the 24th
October 2010.
This tournament is set to be the first of its kind- an indoors
beginners/warm-up tournament for womens teams only!

We appreciate how hard it can be for some teams to recruit new women at the
beginning of term, but by being able to give them an early experience of the
competitive womens game at its finest in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, this is
the perfect opportunity to convince your new intake that it is worth committing
to their ultimate future.

The format of the tournament will be slightly different to a normal beginners
tournament, with 2/3 experienced players allowed to play at once (at the
discretion of the O team), giving a healthy mix of abilities on the pitch at
all times.

Team fee to be confirmed, depending on the demand for the tournament; however
it will be priced competitively to encourage all the womens teams out there to
get involved!

This is a great opportunity for both experienced and inexperienced players to
bond as a team over some great games of ultimate. If you are interested in
entering a team into this tournament, or have any questions, please send a
message to [email protected]
