Hi BD,

It's the last day for Movember donations and I can only imagine that
as an Ultimate player, being who they are, you probably intended to
donate to somebody and thought you had plenty of time. At this point,
that would be wrong.

If you don't already know Movember is a world wide charitable effort
in aid of Prostate cancer and cancer charities in general. The effort
in this case being, people who more often than not, do not carry a
moustache (aka 'mo') gracefully, grow one in earnest for the duration
of November in order to be the brunt of jokes and lively conversation
throughout the month. If you've seen quite a few mo's around town and
around tournament lately, this is the reason. The question however is
have you supported them?

If don't know anybody rocking a mo then let me help out...

Phil Richardson - http://uk.movember.com/mospace/279382/
Graham "Nimble" Wilson - http://uk.movember.com/mospace/948586/
Dom Papineau - http://uk.movember.com/mospace/1276026/
Dave McKenzie - http://uk.movember.com/mospace/648766/
Matt Gorham - http://uk.movember.com/mospace/909990/
Vito Vitali - http://uk.movember.com/mospace/545704/

apologies if I've missed you off the list but it does go on and on.
(I fear the day everybody had a moustache and nobody is left to
donate)

If you haven't gotten on board then you've got only a short time. If
you, like many out there, already support a few charities that are
near and dear to your heart then that's excellent! I will then appeal
to the fact that supporting a person who is doing something charitable
(whether stalwart or silly) is in support of both the person and the
charity do please don't dismiss the idea because it's yet another
charity thing. Look at the list and if you've been taught by Nimble,
been a junior player under Phil's coaching or even met any of the
people in that list you'll know they are all great individuals who
will appreciate greatly any support you can give. In short if you
like them enough to buy them a pint then pick a link and donate £2.
If you're feeling saucy then why not donate a round for all!

Thanks to all those who have helped out so far! It really lifts the
spirits each time a donation email arrives in the inbox far more than
any pint ever has. I will be carrying my mo on through until Copa de
Crimbo. It should be fairly beefy by then so you'll see me there.
Cheers
