Hi Britdisc,

I'm running six one hour training sessions for a group of sixth formers 
(probably ten or so people but may be more) through the YMCA as part of the 
government funded Sportivate project.

I've done plenty of running training sessions for my club and teaching new 
people but does anyone have any specific ideas as to the best way to get the 
most out of these short sessions. I'm thinking it's more of an introduction to 
Ultimate and hopefully an encouragement to come along to training at our club 
(Mustard) or to take it up at university and not be a complete beginner.
