Hey ladies,
This Saturday will see our last training before tour. It's at 11am on Clapham Common (usual place near Clapham South Tube). We will be working on defensive tactics and plays this weekend, focussing on good man D and a zone defence. This is also your last chance before tour work on any parts of your game that you are having trouble with. We will be around for skills training from 10am. Please bring light and dark tops, a drink and a disc. Let me know if you have any questions and if you are planning on coming along.
