BritDisc, Emo are running a skills clinic on Sunday 13th November (venue tbc). The day will run from 9.30am until 2.30pm with the focus on developing the skills of all the players that attend. The day is aimed at being useful for anyone who hasn't played top 8 ultimate before; whether you've got 10 years experience or you're a beginner. We have a multiple number of international players to take the various sections including:
throwing - self analysis of techniquebreaking the markforcingboxing outhuckingguarding a cuttercutting With potentially more (sprinting and jumping techniques, zone d and o...) depending on numbers. Please email me to let me know if you would like to attend stating your name, team name and level of experience. Hopefully those running local student teams can bring a group of you down, in this case you only need to email me once with a rough idea of numbers.
