We are pleased and proud that, besides Dutch teams, some teams from Germany and the UK are joining! Unfortunately, we had to skip the Wannababes (women) division. At this moment there were not enough women teams to set up a good competition. Therefore this years edition has just an open (WannaBoys) and mixed (WannaBe’s) division.

We have 4 playing fields, a huge canteen for eating and partying and some extra halls for sleeping. And that is all in just one building, at Sports Centre Leek, about 20 km from the city of Groningen. Free shuttles will get you there from Groningen central train station. Team and players fee will be € 130 per team and € 30 per player, which includes playing, sleeping (Fri+Sat), eating (breakfast Sat+Sun and dinner Sat) and party. The theme of this year’s Martini Cup is ‘WannaB’. And of course there will be a crazy party, with the theme: ‘What you used to WannaB’. So come dressed up as your one-time dream profession: fireman, astronaut, acrobat, lion tamer, or whatever you used to want to be.
