Hello Simon (and by default the rest of Britdisc), Ultimatum is somewhat late again this year. I am no longer fully in charge so you can't entirely blame me but you can abuse me gently as a co conspirator. It is finished and as far as I know imminently winging its way to the distribution centre where hi tech robots will be seamlessly preparing it for dispatch. (Si Hill will spend three whole days stuffing envelopes with his over worked children and long suffering wife in some sort of Dickensian product line).
So it will be with you "soon". It shouldn't be this late but it's all done by volunteers and the reality is that in the list of life's important tasks, Ultimatum sometimes slips. We are sorry though that it's a bit behind schedule. any magazine with 2011 in the title should really be out a bit earlier! We are endeavouring, with a bigger team this year, to be a bit quicker off the mark next year. And on that note if you have time to spare and like harassing people for late articles, coming up with interesting ideas or just enjoy proof reading then drop me a line. All help will be gratefully accepted. It is a good magazine but it takes a fair bit of effort to get out and we are always looking for people who can dedicate a bit of time to it.
