Dear all Northern Ultimate ladies, In the lead up to an exciting new 2013 season for LLL Ladies, we would like to invite you to our skills day which will be held on Saturday, 8th December. This event is open to all women of any ability level [student or not]. We will work on the development of new and existing skills/concepts as well as lots of game play. We will also be able to provide an info sheet with drill ideas for any Uni Womens' Captains attending, for you to take back to your clubs and use in your training sessions. There will be a £2 cost to cover pitch hire, but we are also able to provide sandwiches and drinks / snacks for everyone!
