Hi BD/UU, Just a reminder that this Sunday EMO will be hosting a FREE skills clinic.
Date: Sunday 2nd December Time: 10am - 3pm Location; Knighton Park - Leicester You can find a map of Knighton Park on this link: http://www.leicester.gov.uk/your-council-services/lc/parks-green-spaces/main-parks/knighton-park/ We are training on the area marked 'events field'. The skills clinic open to everyone, whether you have been playing for 3 months or 3 years, and it is a great opportunity to learn from top players. There will be a number of stations run by GB players including members of the open squad that won silver medals in Japan. We will be covering throwing, forcing, hucking, defence, bidding for the disc, cutting and breaking the mark. Please bring with you a light and dark shirt, water, food and warm clothes. For gauging numbers, if you could please email me with how many players from your team you will be bringing that would be very helpful.
