We recognise that this event is slightly more expensive than we would like
as the venue hire is unusually high.  

However - once we were looking at the bids we had to make a choice between
changing the date or accepting a higher entry fee.  Given that the
qualifiers had already suffered from some dates-messing; and after
consulting with people who had other events pencilled in for Feb, we took
the decision that given we had a viable venue for the published date we
would stick with it.

I'd like to thank Jordan for finding the venue and running the event under
the circumstances and want to make sure that teams and players are very
clear that the higher-than-usual entry fee is completely due to the venue
hire costs and the fact we had no other alternatives for that date.

I'm pleased to announce that UKU Club Open and Women's Indoor Nationals will
take place on 2nd/3rd February at City Academy Bristol Sports Hall.
Both divisions will cost £135 per team. There is space for 20 teams in each
division.

To enter the Open division, your team must have qualified at Club Open
Indoor Regionals.

So far, qualifying teams include:

3. Winergy
4. Discusting
5. DED 1
6. Disconduct 1
7. Wimpole
8. Brixton 1

West
1. Federer: Cool

Scotland
1. Glasgow Foxes
2. Censored
3. Ro Sham Bo
4. The View

Midlands Qualifiers takes place this weekend where the top 4 will also
qualify.

As usual, registration for Women's Nationals is on a first come-first served
basis with priority on 1st teams.

event. Payment details will be sent with the confirmation email.

Payment must be received by Friday 11th January after which time, any
remaining spots will be offered to the next highest finishing teams at
regionals. If you qualified but are not planning on attending, please let me
know ASAP so that your spot can be offered to another team.
