Following a review on the Competitions Committee, a small change is
being made to the qualification process for WUCC 2014 in the Open,
Women's and Mixed divisions.

We will continue to award a place to the winner of UKU Nationals, and to
the highest-ranked UK team at XEUCF, with remaining places being filled
based on tour rankings. However, considering the possibility of one team
winning more than one of these spots and thus causing almost all spots
to be awarded based on tour rankings, we have decided to stipulate that
precisely one team will qualify from each method.
In practice this means that if the same team wins Nationals and finishes
highest at XEUCF, then the 2nd highest UK team at XEUCF will take the
second qualifying spot, with any further available spots awarded based
on Tour results.
