Good Afternoon, As you can imagine the Competitions and Scheduling Committees are, as ever, making every effort to produce a fantastic schedule drawn up around a format that benefits each and every team competing at this weekend's tournament.
This kind of work doesn't happen overnight and with teams dropping out and other factors being fluid right up until the event itself it may be that, as at previous tournaments, we are unable to publish a schedule as early as both we and you would like. With that in mind and at the risk of repeating my e-mail in the week leading up to Mixed Tour 1, it would be sensible for you all to base your transport and accommodation arrangements around the assumption that you will be playing in the first game slot on Saturday morning...
