Mustard Closing date for entries and payment is this Saturday, so can you please make sure you e-mail me directly for the bank details if you haven’t already. I’m pretty sure I’ve e-mailed you all back that are on the list, so please arrange for transfer ASAP. I’ve listed those that have paid and that I’ve received the funds, so if your name isn’t down and you have transferred funds, it’ll appear in the next few days. (as a reminder here’s what we need from you):- If you want to register your team here’s what to do: E-mail this address: [email protected] With the following info: Number of teams Team Name Contact names – primary and secondary Contact info – email and mobile numbers for each If you’ll be camping and a rough estimate of number of campers If you want the amazing £3 curry to enjoy during the show game – to give the venue an idea of numbers Favourite track for karaoke (oh yes it’s back again!) Once received we’ll e-mail the bank details back to you for transfer. Entry cost is £195 per team including all games for weekend, free camping on Friday and Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Closing date for entries is Saturday 4th May or when the capacity is full (max 48 teams at present) I’ll send another reminder later on this week, but we appear to be 20 teams short of making it 52 teams at each event. We had capped the maximum to 48 but if we get enough interest we should be able to fit all 52 of you in. That said, if your name’s not down (and you haven’t paid), you’re not coming in! Looking forward to a barrage of communication over the next few days… Hope you’re all recovering from the excesses of last weekend and looking forwards to seeing your good selves two weeks on Saturday. For those camping on Friday, we’ll be at the venue setting up for a few hours, so may see some of you then. The bar will be open, with some rolls etc for those that want feeding, but nothing hot – just so you know.
