Hi all, If anyone fancies playing some Beach (& grass) Ultimate this weekend, but doesn't like travelling to the nice beaches that are usually far away then come to St Albans this weekend! We have the opening of the Urban Beach (ultimate) Pitch in Verulamium Park, St Albans (AL3 4SN). The sand has come directly from the Horse Guards Parade Olympic venue and St James’ Park Olympic training venue and there's more than just Ultimate on offer!
Saturday & Sunday - Pickup game on grass from 12:00 - Show games on the beach pitch from 12:00 - 16:00 - Taster sessions for new players from 12:00 - 16:00 Also: - Beach Volleyball - Beach Football - Beach Judo - Beach Tennis (Paddleball?) - Badminton - Zumba - Circus skills - Food and refreshments - Music The weather is supposed to be amazing on Saturday and it's a very family friendly for any older players with kids out there!
