To encourage a few more signups, the initial entry price of £30 has been extended for an extra week to 10th July 2013 at which point it will increase to £35. The final payment deadline is 31st July 2013. This is quite early in order for us to sort the kit order with our good friends at Lookfly. You can still enter after the final deadline but you won't be provided with kit. *What to expect for your money* *8-12 teams of as equal a standard as possible *Likely 10 games of Ultimate, approx 35mins long (depending on final number of teams) *Relaxed atmosphere *Onsite camping *Onsite bar and cafe *Friday evening registration and entertainment *Saturday evening pub games *Lookfly kit *Free fruit, sun cream, water etc *Loads of prizes *Lookfly shop *MVP Show-game* The MVP show game returns once again this year. Teams nominate MVPs from each of their games and at the end of play on Saturday, those with the most votes get to show off their skills. We also run Fantasy Ultimate alongside, where there is a chance for everyone to win cash, and the highest scoring player wins a Lookfly goodybag. This year there will also be special t-shirts for the show game players. *Spirit* Also sponsored by Lookfly this year, we have Spirit tags and discount vouchers up for grabs as Spirit prizes, plus a return of the Sheffield Spirit Cake! We also have a couple of special prizes coming over from the USA with one of our entrants. *Fundraising* We are supporting Access Sport at this years tournament ( www.accesssport.co.uk). Access Sport "look to harness the proven power of sport to tackle social exclusion, inactivity and obesity in areas where help is most needed", and operate here in the UK. Some of the fundraising activities we have lined up, which will include prizes, are: *Fantasy Ultimate *Pub quiz *Accuracy competition *Slip-n-slide layout competition *Raffle *DDC *Beginners* Inexperienced players are highly encouraged to enter. In previous years we have had up to 10% of players with little or no Ultimate experience. We will run a basic skills session on Saturday morning, and are also planning a number of coaching sessions throughout the weekend to try and encourage some 'local' involvement with the event.
