The curious part is that this was the default import-and-hit-run of the image. 
I think the issue is that there are some networking device hardware settings 
saved in the ova that apparently cause the vm to fail until a second attempt.  
Perhaps it's best to leave networking disabled so that the image will at least 
run instead of throwing up an obscure error?  Or maybe there is a generic 
device that can be set?
