The second proposal write-up looks great Andrei. I rather appreciate the candidness in your Starting point section and love the visual aides. The only critique that is immediately evident is in the deliverables section where you speak about there being three structured parts but you do not specifically call them out there as such. One might be able to infer them from the detailed description or the development schedule, but it was not immediately obvious what three you were referring to. It'd be nice to identify specific features that will result (such as measurably increased performance) and then denoting those deliverables clearly in the schedule. In all even as a second proposal, that's an excellent write-up in this short timeframe. Cheers!
