That's OK. But as we expect you will not only do one project with
BRL-CAD, but many, so to organise things in better manner,
http://brlcad.org/wiki/User:Stattrav should have a brief your personal
information, links to you other blog and websites. Then something
about your affair with BRL-CAD, and then list of project you are
handling, that may include coding, promotion, tutorial. Currently,
there may be only one GSOC12.

All such project may have separate pages llike:

and

That's great !!!

OS may be of your choice, but how Windows [ I guess you talk about
Microsoft's product, otherwise you may find windows in every OS, like
MAC, Linux ;-) ] give you better understanding.

Or you expect that BenchMarking result vary with OS, and you intend to
do that also, though that is not the part of your project.

Let us see, if there is any policy or practice followed, which may be
clear from response of List Members, IMO, you need to update your blog
daily, and if your have some query, issue do ask here.

Like for your entry for 4th May on
http://brlcad.org/wiki/User:Stattrav/GSoC2012_log ; you wrote:

You should ask this on mailing list, in addition to writing on your blog.

But you should not discuss anything with you mentor in private, every
thing needed to be in public on mailing list.

Also update your blog for 5th of May.
