See below.  Any chance our repo wasn't upgraded?  I see the server is
version 1.7.7, but I'm not sure if there is a programmatic way to check the
actual repo version.

Can anyone successfully use the "new" merge format:

  $ svn merge ^/brlcad/trunk .
