I'm fairly well along in my auto-man-page project and am on the final, and
most complicated, part: option handling. As my own opt description
language gets more complex, I see now that it would be very helpful to use
the facilities of the popt option-handling library.
Can we go ahead and integrate it into the source tree so I can use it for
the progs without man pages (at least a couple of them)?
As part of the bargain I agree to convert the popt.3 troff format to a DB
xml format!
