You just point your IDE to the directory containing our sources. How exactly you do that will vary from IDE to IDE but there are usually dozens of tutorials on the web specific to each. Many devs use emacs or vim. You just browse through the files like you would any other folder, open the files, read them, edit them. Cheers!
