Basically it's a data processing contest with three big exercises that relate to understanding and visualizing data. If anyone is seriously interested in forming a team, let me know. Several of the tools implemented for the contest could easily turn into useful BRL-CAD data processing tools. Even if not as a team, individuals can get involved as well if anyone is casually interested.
