You’re not too late, Inderpreet, thanks! Please think of some good tasks, ideally 10-20 per mentor, but nothing generic this year like designing cards. Looking to focus more on code, tests, web, modeling, and artwork tasks — things of immediate use.
Thank you to all that responded. We’re over 10 mentors wrangled for GCI so we can proceed! I’m working on the application now and will set up GCI-specific communication soon so we can get to planning. If anyone is willing to volunteer setting up a virtual machine like we’ve provided in the past, please let me know ASAP. This would let us incorporate coding tasks across different repos since we can pre-download and unify instructions. If not, we’ll just have to make sure coding tasks are as independent as possible (e.g., implement a function to do X). Cheers!
