I am using Windows 10 32bit version and BRLTTY is probably running in a
regular user mode.

Are you using Windows 10 or 11?
That, at least for now, is probably the best method. I'm far from being what
one might call a Windows expert and would welcome any suggestions as to how
upgrading could be supported better.
