Again, I'm seeing that the USB connection drops as soon as a routing key is
pressed. I know this used to be a problem with earlier firmware but doesn't
seem to be a problem with newer firmware. Please check if you can upgrade the
firmware of your device to see if it's still a problem.
There is a new firmware file 3.0.4.fdu on official web site but no any
documents so I don't know how to upgrade. Do you or any one know how to
use this file? Thank you!
