I've spotted a bug that was producing such a crash and Dave came with a fix, I've uploaded a fixed-for-me build on http://brl.thefreecat.org/brltty/brltty-win-3.10-12.exe http://brl.thefreecat.org/brltty/brltty-win-3.10-12.zip That version also includes some installer and configurator translations.
