Hello, My question is a little off topic so feel free to respond privately. I was wondering why when I use the cat or echo command with my doubletalk speech synthesizer I don't get audio output? I am pretty sure my synthesizer my USB to serial adaptor and it's driver are all working because I have gotten audio output from speech synthesizer. Do I need to set up anything with my computer like setting the speed to 9600 baud in order to have the cat or echo command work? Any help would be appreciated.
