I think the README file should be updated before the next release. I tried to follow the instructions to build and run BRLTTY with USB support, however, I was unsuccessful.
Something I noticed was: Under listed packages to build BRLTTY, yacc is mentioned. Couldn't find that package with 'apt-cyg find'. I couldn't find the tcl and linuxdoc-tools packages neither. When it comes to USB support in that file, it says: "USB devices are supported thanks to the libusb-win32 package. This means that, _before_ compiling BRLTTY, you need to: either * For Cygwin: 1) Install the libusb-win32 package." On a Windows 64 bit system, that leads to an unworking USB system after restart, due to the old version of that cygwin package. Futher more, the details about downloading and installing the libusb-win32 package, should be updated. The file names seems to have changed. Thanks in advance.
