Oops, I actually did mean to type "$prefix/share/bro/site" and not 
"$prefix/share/bro", thanks.

The question I was trying to answer was "Of the files that Bro installs, which 
*won't* it overwrite?".  I'll redo the FAQ for that and see what you think.

Not sure if people care to know about what happens to most run-time stuff, but 
I can see mentioning that at least logs don't get touched.
