The modbus analyzer now calls ConfirmProtocol after it successfully parses a
PDU from both sides of a conversation which causes the conn.log to now identify
"modbus" as the attached analyzer.
This is ready for merging with a test update in the topic/seth/modbus_dpd_fix
branch.
