Please merge topic/johanna/stats_smb_leak
It fixes a memory leak in stats.cc and smb.cc. A test that triggers the leak in
stats.cc is attached.
Due to not having access to test traffic I was not actually able to test the
smb.cc case, but I am very confident that this triggers a leak and that the
patch should fix it (TableVal->Assign needs an Unref for the index value (first
parameter; this is the same case as in stats.cc)).
