I think I got mine in VinØl hobby on Gådthåbsvej (Kbh). Could also be from Brygladen, I am not sure. A little googling found a nice conversion table at http://www.geocities.com/mipeman/sugar.html (There are many more, but I wanted to find one without ounces and gallons...) This page talks about wines, but the same theory applies. There is also a calculator page at http://users.stargate.net/~mshapiro/convert.html It can do the job as well. Note that its hydrometer calculation can go from gravity into two grams/liter readings: Sugar *in* liter, or sugar added *to* liter. The difference is that if you add 100g of sugar *to* a liter of water, you get more than a liter of solution. If you take a liter of that, it will contain less than 100g of sugar. My hydrometer scale is grams of sugar *in* a liter of solution. -- Heikki Levanto LSD - Levanto Software Development <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
