Hi Heikki, Would you just pump it up with the same psi rating as you nomally use when you are force carbonating or would you use less? I would still like to have the benefit from natural carbonating

Things are much more difficult if you do not have CO2 available, and have to get it right with the sugar - like I used to have, until I got my CO2 bottle...
