I am supposed to be working now, so this is really short:

Unscrew everything that comes loose (both connectors and the pressure
relief valve in the lid). Put the small pieces in a small bucket.

Scrub the keg as needed.

Fill keg with something strong (Cl-based cleaners, NaOH, something like)
Pour same stuff over the small in the bucket.

Wait a while. Rinse keg and bits with water.

Fill keg and bucket with Iodophor. Wait a few minutes. Without emptying
the keg, screw the connectors etc in place.

Push a bit of the Iodophor solution out with your CO2 to sanitize the
last fingerprints you may have left in there.

Pour the Iodhphor in the next keg, if you have any more under work.

Optionally pour a little clean (boiled?) water in the keg, and pump that
out to remove remaining iodophor.

Or something like that - I am sure others will come with completely
different instructions.
