I think it is a bit sad that we need rules, but perhaps we do. Your rules look pretty reasonable to me, and a few of the points (smiley, don't complain on the list) are really good. As to pictures and their sizes, I can easily adjust the limit of how large mails will be accepted, if/when we agree on that. I think it is pretty high at the moment. I would like to add a small plea for the posters to trim quotations, so that every mail does not repeat every part of a discussion.
