Of course. If you put X in the beer, then the beer will tast of X. The same must apply for honey. Some loose comments: 1) Honey, as sweet as it is, tends to make the beer more dry, since all of the sugars in honey are fully fermentable, and will disappear. 2) If you do it at priming time, you can add only so much honey, if you don't want your bottles to explode. I wonder if you get enough taste out of it. 3) Honey may (or may not) carry some bacteria, enzymes, and wild yeasts, that you may not want in your beer. We have discussed that earlier, but I am too lazy to dig into the archives...
