I wouldn't put over 100g in a 20 liter batch, not the first time at least. How much have you added before? Try doubling that, or tripling, if you dare. And then a bit more... Do not worry about the alpha-% of those hops, you won't be extracting that much bitterness (well, a little anyway...).
