As a man of rational thought, I must insist that the time when you really need your car is when you are too drunk to walk straight. A good car knows the way home, and it is much more difficult to fall over in a car, than when walking. As to meeting other cars, a man is well protected inside his own car, whereas unprotected by the steel box, he will find any collision with a car to be rather painful. And in our winter, a man who takes a rest on the gound, may well not rise again, whereas one can sleep rather much more comfortably on the soft seats in the heated vehicle. Should a member of the criminal classes wish to assult the sleeper, he will first have to force his way through the locked door of the car, which will provide an early warning and wakeup signal. Unprotected on the street, a man asleep is totally without protection! -- Heikki Levanto "In Murphy We Turst" heikki (at) lsd (dot) dk
