Congratulations! Great feeling, isn't it. > Jeg tror nok, at mit største problem var at køle min 40 liters gryde ned, så > enten skal jeg i fremtiden investere i en "køler" (eller lave en selv), I had the same problem, although with a smaller pot (19 liters). So I made a cooling system out of a large bucket (a plastic waste bucket, 50 liters). When I put another bucket upside down in the big one, I have a good support for my brew pot. Then I can fill the outer bucket with cold water, and let more cold water run against the outside of the brewpot. This also keeps all the water moving around, and pretty cold. I didn't time it last time (the only time I have used the device), but I guess it took less than 20 minutes to cool the wort. And the thing cost less than 100 kr, and took 1 minute to construct. I plan to take some pictures, maybe for our website? -H -- Heikki Levanto [EMAIL PROTECTED] "In Murphy We Turst"
