Right. The higher efficiency you have the more sugars you extract of the
malts. In other words, you use less malts for the same amount of beer.
That means that you get less of the good malt aroma in your beer. I bet
Calrsberg has a wonderfully high effectivity...
Personally, I have stopped worrying about my efficiency. Actually, I
have no idea where mine tends to end up.
It will be beer anyway
